easiyo icecream

Found I had a sachet of easiyo low fat vanilla icecream left in cupboard so I thought I would put it in the calculator assuming it would be quite high in syns. Turns out that a whole 1.5 litre tub is only 7 syns.(if I did it right)really pleased now.Wonder if I could partially freeze it and put in lolly moulds-less than 1/2 syn each probably but I,d have to measure the portion size.

I have loads of easiyo sachets left, love them, and i checked them too, some of them are as low as 1 syn believe it or not! What a great idea, i might try that too, let me know how it goes xx

yep, they are the sachets of dried yogurt,

Low fat berry, half a syn per 100g,
Greek, 1.5 per 100g

It says the vanilla is free on syns online. Made up as directed. Am definitely gonna make my vanilla one into ice cream!

Sorry just re read your post and realised that yours is actually an ice cream mix, do you think it would work with my yogurt sachets? i have loads of them!

I get mine from lakeland. I always check the qvc website as they can have really good offers.
I would think you can do it with the yoghurt but I would split it into small portions to make it easiewr to freeze. I freeze Mullerlight if I can't eat them before the useby date and they are fine.

thanks to everyone for helping me regarding easiyo ice cream, the whole tub makes 6 portions so just over 1 syn per portion, not bad, so even if I want to eat the whole lot (which I dont...my hubby would not like that..less for him) I would still have plenty of syns left but want to limit my daily syns to no more than 5-6.
THANKS AGAIN EVERYONE, GREAT HELP x
