I know this is my third time on CD but still not all that sure how it will actually work.
I started at 14st 3/4lb. I lost 5 1/5lb yesterday at a 5day weigh in so I am now 13st 8 1/4lb. I have to get down to 9st 10lb to get in to the healthy weight range. Ideally I want to weight 8st 7lb at the end of all this.
Soooo.... this is my understanding and was hoping someone could either confirm or give me the correct information. I will stay on SS for 12wks and then I have to go up to 810 for a week and then I can go back on SS until I reach a healthy weight and bmi of 25 which would be 9st 10lb for me. That's when I get lost, do I then start working up the plans while still hopefully losing weight to get to my overall goal or can I go back on SS once I am at bmi 25 to get down to the weight I want?
