Do you have SMART objectives for your weight loss?

but this is to cheer someone up, and just to see how many other people have come up against this saying, Its been drummed into me over the years on various courses, but to be honest it makes sense.
S- Specific
M- Measurable
A- Achievable
R- Relevant
T- Time bound

Kinda does link up to our slimming world journey....still bloomin sad of me to think of it. :8855:
 
S- Specific - would like to be a size 12 or less.
M- Measurable - i will be a size 12 in clothes shops
A- Achievable - i think with SW it will be
R- Relevant - ermmmmmm?
T- Time bound - by the end of 2011 i want to have achieved this objective

See it does all make sense and my head isnt totally pickled!

Can anyone else come up with one?
 
S- Specific - I want to lose weight!
M- Measurable - see the numbers drop on the scale
A- Achievable - yes, prove in the pudding with my chart of weight lose
R- Relevant - yes helps my health and general life all positive for me
T- Time bound - no specific time, don't work under limits as I like to self-sabtage, if I lose 1lb a week if not shake if off and start again!
 
S- Specific - to weigh 9st
M- Measurable - I will weigh 9st on the scales lol!
A- Achievable - I am aiming to lose 1lb per week
R- Relevant - yes. I don't want to be fat any more!
T- Time bound - at 1lb a week I will achieve this by 6th October 2010
 
these are great, kind of gives you something a little more long term!!!
