Re-feed Prices!

Hi, I'm starting a re-feed week in a few weeks, as going on me hols.....was just wondering if the price is the same for it?

Hi, It will depend on your pharmacist and weather you use all maintainence products or TFR. I'm pretty sure the prices are around the same per sachet, but I would phone your pharmacist to find out for sure.

Thanks for that....i'm weighing on Monday so will ask then! I'm just an impatient sort!

I just saw you lost 9 stones in 36 weeks....that is amazing and certainly gives me the incentive to carry this on!

Hi!
For one weeks worth of shakes for your refeed you will need 8 shakes so it will work out around £13 ... but then you have to factor in the cost for your food too
