week 2

and for some reason am really struggling this week. I did really well last week loosing 6.5lb's but really need to keep it going but tbh I cant be arsed :(

Hopefully will feel better about it tmrw :sigh:
 
Aww maybe you're just having an off day? We all get them sometimes so I really wouldn't worry about it too much. Perhaps you can plan all your meals for tomorrow tonight so it will be easy for you to stick to and hopefully you can get your motivation back xx
