Looking forward to my tea....

Sez

has started again!!
still struggling like heck with all this, seem to be permanently hungry :sigh: but......

Today was as tough, made even tougher by the fact I had planned to pop out of school at lunchtime to buy a sandwich from sainsbury. However I got caught up with a rather distraught pupil and never made it. Today was the deputy heads birthday, so the staff room was full of custard donuts, choc donuts, apple donuts, jam donuts.........you get the picture!!!

I had already had my apple at 11, so I sat there, once things were calmer, nursing my diet coke and feeling very sorry for myself. :(

At 4 o'clock, I popped into town with my 16 yr old son, who was in need of a haircut before he got mown by mistake!! I went into Marks and what treats there were...

Tonight girls I am having "Count on Us" TWO British steak and veg yorkshires, with broccoli, cauli and spinach!!! mmmmm cant wait!! 400 cals in the pack, and 2g fat per 100g!!! WoooHOOOOO!!

Whilst waiting I had my rice cake and low fat soft cheese, and a WW yoghurt. (I know thats not official, but I figured fat free, 54cals would be ok.)

Also bought chicken tikka masala, and a salmo and prawn pie all meeting the criteria!!

Just off to polish the halo!! Cheers all!! xx

Wow, well done you! That takes some will power, so enjoy your tea and i reckon you deserved the ww yoghurt after all that.

Take the WW yog out of your milk allowance?

I don't have much milk so have yoghurts instead just making sure that I don't go over on my calories. Some days have both but the combined cals doesn't go over 200cals. My instructor said it was fine for me to do this.

Thats useful info, thanks so much to you both.:thankyou:

Sez, if you're feeling hungry, take the high protein options in your diet pack as protien keeps you fuller for longer. There is no difference in weight loss for those following the high protein option or the hig carbs option
