I am due to start my Lipotrim diet on monday. I have to admit I have my reservations about it, not to mention being very nervous.
5 years ago I used to weigh 18 stone, I am now 13.13 aged 26.
I goto the gym 3 times each week and also have a personnel trainer once every six weeks. aside from putting on a fair amount of muscle my weight has not really seemed to change.
2 years ago I had surgery on my ankle and put on a stone in weight (because I was not able to exercise for six weeks. And I'm still fighting to get it off)
I am due to have the operation on friday 21st on my other ankle.
This is my motivation for going on Lipotrim.
I have heard many stories about this diet some positive but most negative. I have been told of people having very bad headaches, feeling very weak most of the time, In some case even hair loss.
I think I'm basically just looking for some reassurance from you the people who have used it and are using it.
I will keep my diary upto date when I start (Not like I have anything better to do whilst i'm off work for 5 weeks)
