Just wondering if this diet is similar to slimfast.

How many cals a day do you have and do you go into ketosis or not??

I can't see any mention of ketosis in the programme guide. I suppose it is like slimfast but monitored by Boots and there's a variety of products.

Size 16 - yes you do go into a mild ketosis. I think that it is similar to slimfast.

You have 2 tony ferguson product, 1 portion of protein (meat, low fat cheese ect .) unlimited veg, 2 servings of fruit, unlimited TF jelly and a small amount of fat.

Apparently you consume between 1200 - 1400 cals a day.
