I started doing the diet properly yesterday on 4 shakes instead of 3 shakes.
Even though I am below 5’8(im only 5'0 = 154cm) I just feel I am better able to stick to the 4 shakes rather than 3 because I don’t drink coffee or tea or any additional beverages.
I know SS+ = 4 shakes + 200ml skim milk but I am going to skip on the milk because I don’t need it.
I also do some exercises. nothign heavy. treadmill for about 20 minutes weekday and on weekend i play badminton.
Can I know anyone who did it my way and what are your losses like and the time you took to lose.
