Hot tips for a weight loss boost!

Okay, as ever I am working hard to maintain or possibly shift one or two incredibly stubborn pounds!

I think I need to shake things up a bit and wondered if anyone had any super-dooper, hot, top tips that maybe I hadn't tried yet!

I'll start us off with some that have worked for me in the past...

* Eat more Red day meals or superfree meals for better weight loss
* Eat speed and super-speed meals e.g. tuna salad or baked fish, celeriac chips and peas, etc.
* Eggs for brekkie fill you up so you won't snack so much.
 
Not really SW but I add Cayenne pepper to almost everything I eat, its supposed to be a natural fat burner.
 
i find that drinking water...on its own (not squash) helps me, especially during * week.
 
Green tea! i believe the magic number if cups is 5!!

Also, something i recently started doing is making sure half od my plate if not more is full of speedy veggies!! (hot tip from mrs V)
