GMTV Beach body boot camp...Anyone fancy joining me?

Just watching GMTV and they have started a beach body boot camp, which is basically a 1 month exercise plan. I have just downloaded the first week and it actually doesnt look to daunting....anyone fancy joining me?

Red Light exercises are for beginners - probably best to start on these and work your way up.

Are you? random but good!
Yes I think you start with the red week, then amber then green.
I have done all the exercises for today, wasnt bad at all but not sure I will be saying that again tomorrow lol

Yeah, will give it a go too, I love Kevin Adams, find him really motivating! Used to watch him when he was in Fame Academy and did the work outs they were doing.
