water flavourings

hi again... also just wondering about the water flavourings--- can you use as much as you like or does it have to be limited to a certain amount of them each day?

Never used them, but I understand they are a once-or-twice-a-day thing, not all the time. Despite the fact that something is 'allowed' (really dislike that phrase!) moderation and control is still the way forward.
