Hi what does everyone do for exercise ? Clean answers only please !!

I am going into week two on induction is there any reason i shouldn't go to the gym

i dont do excercise...i walk the dog once/twice a week for an hour

*must really think of upping this*

remember, muscle weighs more than fat, muscle uses more energy that fat.

turning fat into muscle can only be a good thing, do you have the energy to do exercise during week 2....i know personally i was buggered for the 1st 2 weeks lol

nah all in the mind just do it 3hrs a week me got a crosstrainer and treadmill at home

I run. I can't run as far whilst on induction, i tend to lose steam around 4miles.

I do (when my hand isnt poorly) 45mins on Wii, 10mins on wobble. When i can i do an hour in the gym. This is not everyday due to work and being too tried after running around after Oliver and doing a night shift

I wonder Jim lol :8855:
I am determined to get on my wobble board today, bought it last Tuesday and still not been on it

I walk the dogs (when its not raining) for about 40-60 mins per day and when i get chance on the wii fit.
When i get closer to goal im going to get back on my stepper and my weights to tone up. If i start now Ill have legs like a body builder (i know from experience) so just cardio for me atm.

Honestly FAF I just haven't had a minute, things have been so stupidly hectic! I will get on before my 2-10 shift today tho, I promise. I'm going to start a thread about wobble board exercises and then we can all swap exercises etc x x x :D Are you feeling better today hun?

feel much better today. back on track. been on the wobble board for 11 minutes. i love it. :D

I run 3x a week, do powerplates 2x a week and am training for a 31 mi hike in June, so doing 1 long hike at the weekend.

No reason not to hit the gym if you want, I wasn't able to run much during induction either so had to up my carbs on heavy exercise days and felt much better.

x

I like it Mets ;)
