Any one got a recipe for sweet chilli dipping sauce?

Really love blue dragon sweet chilli dipping sauce...but would like to make a syn free version...anybody any recipe's ??

one of the others posted this a few weeks ago. Syn free and easy.
Hellmans fat free vinegarette dressing. Sweetener to taste. FEW and i mean few drop of Tabasco sauce. Mix and enjoy. If you use the ggogle Minimins link at the top orthe page there are other recipes but this one is so quick its brill.

I made a sweet chilli sauce tonight to add to some leftover chicken i had. I made it based on an authentic thai recipe I found in a thai cook book. It's so simple to make and has no syns. Its very spicy but the amount of chilli can be adjusted according to taste to make it milder (i like it spicy) It doesn't make a lot as the sauce reduces a lot but just adjust the ingredients to suit.

The recipe I used was:

4 red chillies
1/4 tsp salt
189ml white wine vinegar (the recipe said white vinegar but I only had white wine)
8 tbsp sweetener

1) Deseed the chillies and chop them roughly. Blend them into a rough paste (I used a hand blender) then just put to one side for a min.

2) Add the vinegar, salt as sweetener to a pan and bring to the boil stirring constantly.

3) Once boiled, simmer until liquid starts to go thick then add the chilli paste and stir until combined.

4) Add to chicken or whatever other food you fancy and enjoy!

Mmmm yum would be nice with the SW syn free mini spring rolls!
