Oh me too, i love it, only place i have ever had it is from costco! prefer it to ice cream, hopefully someone will post a recipe! xx

i know you can get it from Nando's as a take away, but it's 1syn per half a cup, i think! (i might be lying about that!) but i would like some i could keep in the freezer!

yeah me too, i noticed that ice cream maker things also make frozen yoghurt, just need a recipe now. I tried freezing a muller light once but it wasnt the same and not my cup of tea ha ha!!! xx

Someone gave me these recipes but haven't tried them so can't say if nice. They're made with fromage frais and yogurt so maybe it's like frozen yogurt.

Mint icecream
400g vlf fromage frais
1tsp green food colouring
1tsp mint extract
1tsp sweetener

Whisk all the ingredients together cover and freeze for 4 hours stirring every 30 mins or so.
Allow to soften for 15 mins before serving.
Free.

Vanilla icecream
3 eggs
9tbsp sweetener
1tsp vanilla extract
350g vanilla muller light

Beat egg yolks with sweetner and extract til thick.
In a different bowl beat whites until stiff then fold into yolks. Add yogurt and mix.
Cover and freeze til solid, stirring every half hour. Allow to defrost slightly
Free.

Just to say - I made this (its in one of my slimming world cookbooks) and it was VILE! very dissapointing! Its just my opinion i spose, but it tasted frozen gaviscon!

ha ha ha, oh no, i was going to try your recipe this week! thanks for letting us know hun. Im thinking now of trying loopylou recipe with the yoghurt, splenda and options? xx

Loops is a star! it sounds delish! im definatley going to give that a go! At the mo, I just stick a strawberry activia in the freezer for a couple of hours, its makes it super creamy for some reason!
I bought davinci's suagr free caramel sauce the other day aswell, and now i use it on everything! it is gorgeous! so i have me activia, pop a dribble of caramel over the top and it makes it seem like a real treat!! xxx

well it all depends on how peckish I am!! haha:D

Frozen Yoghurts

I always freeze mullerlite or any other low fat yoghurt. Put in the freezer for about 3 hours only just frozen and like ice-cream. Don't leave in there for too long or they will end up rock hard and then watery when you defrost them.;)
