omg! i thought they were free too. at least thats what it says in the 2010 free foods book.

hi, i have just got the packet out the fridge as it has been niggling me.

the nutritional values given are for two sausages shallow fried in oil so this may account for the difference.

not sure though

No they have definitely changed as shown in the OP. It's for the product itself not how it's cooked.

SW are always updating syn values on the website. Very occasionally it is because a mistake has been made, but usually it is because the manufacturer has made a change to the recipe of its product. The online value will be the most up to date.

they may well have changed but the nv's definately state, two sausages shallow fried.

yeah thats the book i looked in

but yeah i agree thats recipes change, i didn't have the packet as i cooked them all then threw the packet away and while they were cooking took the bin bag out lol.

maybe i'll try the quorn cumberland if they are still free and see if i like them .... its a shame cause these ones are soo yummy ... its the 1st meat free alternative to meat i ever tried and i was really serprised at how good they tasted, i thought it would be too good to be true

for an extra 0.5 syn you could have thick pork sausages from co-op. its the 907g frozen pack and each sausage is 2.5 syns. No what you mean about syn updates - the book said these were 3.5 syns each but when i did my online diary there came up at 2.5 syns each so I'm well chuffed hehe

ive just checked online and its states 1.5 per sausage
