All of last week i was on plan 95%, had a good week in my books.....
So come WI last night i lost 1lb, I did expect to have lost a little but more maybe 2lb - 3lb..... but i came home in a very upbeat mood..... (which i am still in a really good good)
I have got it into my head thats all i want to loose is 1lb a week.... and i know this is very do able....
I have sorted out my meals for next week (well on paper anyway).
I feel the whole pressure thing about loosing weight has just lifted, and a feel really good about myself.....
So no more beating myself up when i only lose JUST 1lb..... its now my goal every week...
