wicked. Just trying to get my 1/3 and i didnt realise so i have been using more of the plate when i have beans lol.

Do you mean baked beans I dont think they are superfree on Red are they

I always use tin toms instead.

No beans are not a superfree food. A superfree food is all fruit (except avocado), and veg except peas, beans, sweetcorn, parsnips and potatoes.

Beans are a FREE food on green and EE and a B choice on red.

The exception is french/green beans which are superfree.

Does 'superfree' just mean free on any day/plan?
