SW Quice Question

Hi All

Can a sw quiche be frozen once made up and cooked please? And if so, how long would it need to defrost?

I wouldn't. I'm not sure cottage cheese would freeze well. I also think it would defrost a bit soggy.

Why not make a smaller quiche and then you won't need to freeze it?

Im fairly sure it wont be very nice after freezing
How about just making 3 or 4 muffin size ones to use for 2 days or so?

I make a big one every few days as it gets scoffed in my house (by me and the hubby who isnt doing sw but loves the quiches lol) was hoping to maybe make about 4 tomorrow instead of doing them next week but as they arent that difficult to do i shall pop them in to cook as i eat my tea lol
