First Taster Evening - help!

Hello ladies -and gents of course!

I have only been going to SW for 3 weeks and monday is a taster session.

I know the idea to to take in some stuff that is 'on plan' but I am a bit confused as to what to take - would a veggy curry be ok? Does it have to be a HUGE container or just a taste? Also can it just be suitable for EE or does it have to be suitable for all?

Sorry for the questions but the C didn't explain it to us newbs.

Also, any ideas on what I can take? I did see someone say the other day about a platter of fish sticks etc but I don't mind actually making something.

You can take whatever you like and as much as you like and on whatever plan you like!!

Did any of the newbies ask the consultant to explain it? I do wish people would talk to their consultants a bit more!!!

I've taken salad stuff, curries, pasta dishes (hot and cold), desserts, hard boiled eggs cut in half sprinked with paprika and chives.

You really can take whatever you want!
 
As in the last one of these threads i think coleslaw, quiche, KFC style chicken drumsticks were all mentioned - recipes all on the recipe section
Just make enough so people can have a little taste - dont feel the need to cater for the masses! x
