Im thinking about making some pasta tomorrow with this melted through as a sauce - Anyone know how many syns in or if I can HEX it?

You can have 57g as a HEB but only on the green plan, otherwise it needs to be synned. It's not very high low though, only 2 syns for 28g.

I have only followed EE but am having a few green days as I am married to a confirmed meat eater and he is away at the moment - I just discovered the increased list of Hexs on Green and just fancied the Garlic & Herb Philly I have had in the fridge for ages... only to discover that someone has peeked in the end and broke the seal so it had gone mouldy! :cry:
