Newbie!

Hey,
So I have done some searches on google about slimming world and this site always pops up, thought I had best join it so I can thank people for the useful posts!!

So, I am currently planning my menus (work is dead quiet and boring atm lol!) and I have nearly got 2 weeks planned - if i dont do it like this i wont stick! However I am a little stuck on syns for green days, can anyone tell me how many syns there are in chocolate, like per square etc?
