rhubard recipe?

Hi ladies, i went to a taster sesh at our meeting last night and i tried a gorgeous pudding, it was rhubard in a jelly/mouse and it was so nice. I think the consultant mentioned it was in the puddings book but i didnt get chance to purchase it, does anybody have the recipe or any others for that matter?

Yes it does, but 198g of Rhubarb stewed is only 1/2 syn and I normally have about 120g, so is just count as 1/2 syn just in case.
