Hey there! Do any guys have any unwanted packs that they wouldnt mind posting on. I am happy to pay for any My mum wants to try a VLCD but she has a real issue about other people weighing her that she cant get over! ANy help appreish xxx

There are certain conditions to doing a vlcd, for example if your mother has a bmi of over 40 she would need a doctors approval.


If she does not liked to be weighed in front of others she might find that some chemist who do the Lipotrim Programme have a room or a discreet place to weigh.

If she has a Cambridge Diet Counsellor near to where she lives she might make home visits.


Whether she does Lipotrim, Lighter Life or Cambridge Diet she needs to fill out a medical form so that she has no health problems or is taking medication which would prohibit her from doing it.

And also i'd like to add, the no CDC would give any packs without prior screening of their clients. Anyone using a VLCD needs to know what the plan involves.....
