how do you decide how many cals to give yourself?

also do you eat your exercise cals?

i had one more but cant remember what it is:8855:​
 
i dont eat extra becuase i exercise, i find i miss out lunch altogether becuase i do go to the gym.

With regards to eating back exercise calories, i'm not entirely sure but i wouldn't have a deficit that takes me lower then 1200.
For example if i eat 1500 calories per day and i burn 400 calories through exercise i would eat an extra 100 calories to bring me up to 1200.
1500-400=1100+100=1200

Hope that makes sense.
Like i say i dont know what the recomendation is but that's what i try and shoot for.
