Help !

Im having haddock and cheesey veg for dinner tonight and was going to have schwartz 3 cheese sauce with it.Well for 20 g its 4 syns but im not sure if thats when its made up ? I would have thought so ? Also it needs 1 oz of butter(i/2 a oz for my share) do you think it would make much difference not adding it to bring the value down a bit more ?

I never put in additional marg/butter, I don't really think it's needed.

Yeah i never put the butter in either - you can never tell. It's just a way of making them creamier so i'm sure it will be fine

i never use the butter in that or pasta n sauce or anything id rather keep my syns for yummy things
