I love mushrooms!! I bung 'em in everything!!
I really like them fried off with garlic & added to blanced white cabbage with a little chicken bovril - sounds odd but really yummy!! Great as a side dish.
What about a rissotto??
erm, Mushroon fried rice, in casseroles, curries, stuffed with Philli & garlic, make garlic mushrooms on toast??
