Pataks Creamed Coconut Sachets

We are hoping to make a Thai Veg Curry on Friday and in the cupboard from our naughty days is a packet of Pataks Creamed Coconut, it comes in 4 small packets about the size of a matchbox... I'm wondering what the syns would be for 1/2 of one of the packets mixed with some fat free yoghurt would be.... OH is desperate for a Thai curry and I need to keep him happy because he has done so well by joining me on SW and so proud of his loss so far and I think he deserves for once a meal of his choice

If I remember rightly each sachet is 50g.

Divided into portions it's not that bad and it's good for the soul not to always have a no syn substitute

was hoping it wasn't going to be so high.

Ellie I might try that and see if he notices the difference... sounds like it might work.

Circes... too true makes life a little boring if not.

I might try both! One this Friday and one next Friday and see if it's worth the syn's or not.

I,ve used coconut essence in yoghurt and in milk(as hexb) and its really nice.Used it Thai for curries and in desserts and even milkshakes.
