100% How many of you....

...do this 100% all the time???

i started 6 weeks ago(had 5 weigh ins) and ive been 100% all along....i am proud of myself for this as i never usually stick to anything.
but ive noticed at class that most people are not 100% they have something they 'shouldnt' every week...how some lose i dont know! i am amazed and jealous,lol!!

so i was just wondering how many do do it 100% ALL the time and if you dont how far over do you usually go??
 
I am currently on day 5 of 100%, but i will not stick to plan on weigh night - i have a treat that i dont syn and dont get guilty over. Its not a binge or a mammoth scoff night, it might just be one thing - i.e. a luxury pudding, or some new biscuits ive been eyeing up! I then jump on the wagon and go for it...

I have lost on average over a pound a week, but know if i had been 100% all the time, this would be higher. But i feel being 100% is restrictive sometimes. I am happy with the way i do things, and some weeks my social life dictates I wont lose weight as I have too many nights out or parties.

I love SW, as it allows me to be me, and still lose weight.

i love it too!!! i have some chocolate every day as my syns so i havent felt restricted as such day to day but there have been a few things like parties where i darent touch anything from buffet for example and i also darent treat myself on a monday after weigh in either,i just cant imagine getting away with it although most people seem too.
 
I love being 100% but to be conciously aware of being 100% is hard work. Its amazing how many people think they are when there not! but its amazing you have done 100% for 5 weeks! your an inspiration!

and you know what i think bout you EB! your nearly my favourite bear! lmao!
 
Ive been on plan officially for 19 weeks (was doing SW on my own before that). I can say that I do generally stick to it 100%. If I do go off, its because I have attended a party etc, but I knew in advance that I was.
It can be done, you have to be really committed.
 
I am nearly finished a week of 100% but its been tough if im honest, measuring milk, weighing cereal etc.
I tend to have a little treat after weigh in but by that i mean maybe a packet of smarties or something - what a dare devil eh?
 
aww thankyou kissme!! im sat here grinning after reading that! i post my food diaries on here so it can be seen exactly what i eat.
i think a few things help....my husband is following it at home so no conflict there,ive literally read and researched everything since i started....im really ott about it but it works for me and ensures i dont make mistakes.and i plan and i write down everything on a notepad as soon as i eat it(or as soon as i get in if im out) so i can see whats happening.also the main think i think is that for some reason something just clicked in my head!! i want to do it,im ready to do it and i appear to be doing it!!!
im honestly amazed i havent given up or cheated or something by now......so it probably wont last,lol!!
but for now im enjoying it so i guess my approach although ott doesnt hurt.

well i went 100% last week then ended up going to london and i didnt really not do 100% but i didnt eat all my hexs but stayed within syns! just signed up for the 30 at 100% challenge.

My OH is supposed to be following it but he doesnt always :( which i find it difficult to stick to but this time, Im saying sod him i need to do it for me!

I lost 9lb this week but mainly due to it being as i have restarted and worked hard, it just shows what a little hard work can do for me! I would love to lose 2lb next week. Im ready to do this for me now!

I also got in a some size 18 primark tops this week which made me feel so good! i wanna be in the 18 bottoms now!!!

my OH laughs when i strut around in my £2.50 primark tops lol!

not that im saying you should smother yourself in food for me to like you more! Thats just a little too kinky for me!
 
I know I'm a bit of a swat, but in the 28 weeks I've been doing SW I've only had 3 weeks off plan! These were Christmas, New Year and 2 weeks ago when I had so many social things going on I knew it would be too stressful to ben watching every single thing I ate!! In 26 weigh ins (2 weeks not weighing over Chrimbo) I've had 21 losses, 3 gains and 2 STSs, so all in all very pleased!! I'm averaging 1.5lb per week which I'm more than happy with! To lose much more I'd probably have to exercise a whole lot more (I mainly do walking) and would probably have to be a whole lot stricter with myself!! For me it's got to be sustainable! I have plenty of treats when I really want to and can afford it in my syns and I feel like I could eat like this for life!!!X

a huge well done to you for what you've done so far!! i hope i can rack up as impressive a record in 26 weeks!
 
I'm sure you'll do fine!! But don't forget, you haven't got that much more to lose really ( I started off with 5 stone to lose) so you may have to be a bit patient, but what's the rush?! I think it also helps if you love what you're doing which I do!! I'm not seeing it as a chore like some people do!!X

hey sorry hyjack just gotta hello! lol... we same height and roughly same amount to lose t start with but your doing great :) and both from nottingham ... sorry im a wierdo i get excited like im meeting a celebrity when i see 'nottingham' on a forum lol
