Reef is a premixed vodka based alcopop.... I didn't think they made them anymore...

Anyway, no syn values for Reef in the book, but Breezers are 7, Smirnoff Ice are 9 and WKD are 13.5... if that helps any??

hi all

sorry i been away, its weight watchers that i am on. i was told that a reef is one point but im sure its more than that where u all from
