does any1 use these? i bought sme off ebay last week and they came yesterday. Im happy to say that im in ketosis, i already had a feeling i was coz i have nasty breath (which i never suffer with) and my pee smells lol. But the sticks give you that little extra boost knowing that ur body is burning fat now.
Mine were about £6 from ebay if anyone wants them. You just pee on the stick and if it changes colour ur in ketosis
