I can't believe it - I've only lost 1.4lb. :( And i've been really, really good.

Oh well. A loss is a loss I suppose. And now I've started at the gym hopefully it will get better. And I think I need to stop drinking lattes - I think I probably have more than I realise.
 
Bad news about your lattes babes - they are mega cals!

A small skinny latte is 200 cals, a large one is over 300 and a full fat one can be over 500 cals!! :eek::eek::eek:

A ound and a half is still a great loss, but if you are having a few lattes, that might be what has slowed your weight loss down a bit

Hope this helps - it stopped me drinking them for sure! :D

I know youre dissapointed but hey - you have lost something!

Try and cut down on the lattes - try the cafe latte shake for one of your shakes and you might find you enjoy that.

Keep drinking the water - it really does help.

Eeek - 500cals!!! My god - it's amazing I lost at all then. LOL
No more lattes for me.
(Having said that I had two yesterday but that was because I had an interview and one was a reward afterwards)
 
why not buy the skinny lattes less cals rach still get the enjoyment i do and they are lovely
 
Well sometimes I'm just going to those cafes with machines rather than the ones that make them properly (like when I take the kids to a play centre) - so they're not that nice anyway, so I'd be better off without, and then have a proper skinny one as a treat when I'm in Starbucks or somewhere that does it properly.
 
make it a once a week treat that way you will look so forward to it thats what i do with jelly babies :) once a week i have a bag eat till i feel sick lol
