frozen mince would you re freeze after cooking?

i got 3 lots of extra lean mince from the chilled section and froze it as i wouldnt use it all at once.

I know if i use it its only me eating it and i aint gonna eat 500g of mince lol.

If i make say a bolognaise or chilli with it cooked would you re freeze the dinner?

yeah you just cant freeze, thaw and re-freeze raw meat.. you can freeze, cook and re-freeze..

or so my mummy always taught me so!
