Hello anyone that is reading this.

A bit about me & the title of my food diary. I'm 33 I live in Leeds with my husband & our goldfish George. I am starting this food diary as I should have been going to Australia a few weeks ago but the Icelandic Volcano ruined our holiday plans so we are planning on going in January 2011 when it will be really cold here & lovely & warm there. When I say bikini I don't mean anything to stringy just something that is lovely . I am very pale anyway but don't want to be wobbly & pale. Sorry I'm waffling :eek:
Anyway I hope to stick to this as much as I can. Please feel free to make comments & suggestions or kick my up the virtual bum if you think I need it :D

Forgot a few bits about me I'm rubbish at spelling, love cooking but HATE fish!

DAY ONE EE

My first WI of 12st 7 1/2lb

B- 2 Weetibix with 250ml milk topped with strawberries & blueberries

S- peach & apple & banana

L -Jacket potato with Baked Beans & Salad
1/2 toasted teacake (a full one is 9 1/2syns) 5 syns with a butter portion 3 1/2 syns
1 piece of rocky road cake it was about 2in squared so I have counted a starbucks one which is bigger but best to over guess 16 1/2 syns

D- pasta with sin free meat balls (homemade) & a Syn free tomato sauce & a mullerlight

Total syns 25 but will be syn free tomorrow to balance it out

Exercise - 30 min gentle walk in the park with my very pregnant friend (she is due on saturday!) & her lively 4 year old!

Have college on a monday so eat tea at 4.30 so going to have some sin free rice pud & raspberries I think

Great incentive hun - am very jealous! Me and OH are looking to emigrate to OZ having spent a year travelling and working there! Have you been before?? xxx
 
Eating like this will make sure that you get that Bikini bod in no time at all Hun!

No I haven't hubby has though. I feel like with the volcano lark that I have been given a second chance to get slim as worked out I have actually put 1 1/2stone since I got married a year ago even though I have been to various slimming clubs & also tried it on my own pretty much constantly since I got married :(

Day 2 EE

B- 28g oats & 1 scan bran made up with water
Raspberries & blackberries
L 3 mini ham & pepper quiches with salad

d Jacket spud with baked beans & 42g low fat cheese

snacks- banana, apple, grapes, strawberries, a peach

Exercise 30min dash to a shop to get a pressie for my friend in my break & the rain

Had a bit of an odd day. Came back to work when I should have been flying back from OZ :cry:. I have to look smartish for work & put on my trousers that I often wear & I couldn't get into them as they were too tight :eek: Have gone for a leggings & a dress

Day three EE

B 42g Crunchy Bran with strawberries, blueberries & blackberries & milk from allowance

L 3 mini ham quiches with lettuce & pearl barley salad made by boiling the pearl barley in Veg stock & adding 8 olives, cucumber cherry toms & pepper & some lettuce

D Chicken and barley stew (see winter warmer recipe)

s cadbury buttons 8 1/2 syns skinny cow hot choc 2 syns Alpen light 3 syns

Syns 14.5

Excerise a bit of a stroll in my break but not much really.

Not had the best of the days today as I was driving to work & looked in my rear view mirror & saw someone being hit by a car behind me. My friend who was with me called 999. I work on a public transport line so have had people calling up moaning as the buses were late as the road was shut :mad: It has been a tough day really. We heard from the police that the person died. Very sad.

Day 4 Green day

Brunch- Red grapefruit &mushroom omelette topped with 42g low fat cheese & 2 slices of toast from 400g loaf with marmite & 2 TBSP ketchup 92 sins)

late lunch tomato pasta mug shot

D- quonia cooked in veg stock with grapes, tomatos, cucumber, olives, harriot beans, peppers

sugar free jelly 2 sins as ate a pint with mullerlight & blackberries & blueberries

S 2 alpen lights strawberries, peach apple, satsumas pack of french fries

Sins total 9 1/2
Exercise 30 mins on the Wii fit (am now addicted to the boxing!)

Day 5 EE

L sin free cream of tomato soup (see recipe section) with 3 pagen crisprolls (2 syns each) & 1 TBSP of Philly Light (1 sin as 28g is 2 sins so I sort of guessed what 1 tbsp is half that)

D slow cooked beef with roast potatos carrots & peas

Pudding pineapple raspberries, blackberries, banana & blueberries with 200g of 200g of sainsburys be good to yourself custard (8 1/2 sins)

Excerise 30 mins on the Wii Fit

Total sins 16 1/2

L sin free tomato soup with 2 slice wholemeal bread & 28g philly light

D- quorn chilli with brown rice & FF fromage frais to cool it

pineapple & peaches

25ml white rum & diet coke 2 1/2 syns

No exercise as up late :(

S french fries 4 1/2 sins

D Pasta bologanese made with lean mince 1/2oz parmasan cheese

175ml glass of wine with loads of soda water 6 sins

Total sins 10 1/2

I have decided to split my A choice as bought myself a parmasan gratter which is ace so you get loads if you grate it if that makes sense. No exercise today. Have been lazy recently. Am off tomorrow & have to hit the shops to get hubby a birthday present so will have a bit of body magic then & will try & do some wii fit too

Jelly & quark thing 1.5 sins

D Chicken rogan josh made from saucy secrets book & brown rice
Muller light
Sainsburys mini naan 7 sins & Large glass rose wine 9 sins

Exercise 3 hours walking round the shops carrying heavy bags after getting lots of low sin bargains in Poundland & home bargains

Have missed a couple of days of food diaries

Have also been bad ish but not overly bad. Maybe slightly over my 70 sins but don't think I am over 105 :break_diet: I guess the scales will tell me on tuesday. I normally get weighed on a Monday morning but as I work shifts so am getting weighed at a tuesday evening group next week.

Am back to the plan now & going to be sin free till tuesday I think

B- 2 Weetabix with satsumas & milk (was a naughty & didn't measure the milk)

L Sin free ham quiche with salad & new potatoes, with 1 Heinz Mayonnaise 12g sachet a massive 4 1/2 sins :eek: ( I could have had a curley wurley for a few more sins)

D Sin free chicken rogan josh with brown rice
Strawberries, blueberries & raspberries & a muller light

No exercise yet but might go on the Wii when I finish work
 
Hey! Passing on a little tip - try Light or Extra Light Mayo, much much much less synning! I have the Asda own brand extra light one, tastes pretty much the same as Hellman's, and is 1 syn for 1 level tbsp! xxx

Thanks I know. It was one I'd nicked from a pub a while back that I had in my desk drawer! Going to bring a bottle of extra light stuff in instead as discovered mayo is much nicer than I remembered as hadn't had it for a while x
