I dont always have both it tends to be only when I want a lovely rice pudding mmmmm but I love cheese at the minute also, so I dont stress if my chese creeps over on the scales by a couple of grammes
I am not a yoghurt or a cold milk fan and dont have milk in my coffee so unless I have 2 portions of cheese based stuff or my rice pud its very rare I will use it.
its so you get enough fibre on plan. With EE you get this from eating both meat and carbs, but on days where one is limited you have to have your second HEB to make this up!
