Heartburn?

I don't get it, I am religiously doing the shakes and the water, but am getting quite bad heartburn at times - I don't remember getting this the other times I have done LT.

Anyone else or just weird lil me?

yea i had that the week before last and like you didnt have it last time either put it paseed after a few days and tip wood i havent had it since have ye had it long??

I didn't have heartburn but a pain like indigestion in my back, could be down to being cold? Not sure, but it didn't last.

hi i had heartburn wen i was roughly 4 weeks in and the only thing i cud do to ease it was sip peppermint tea , it helped so may be worth a try

My OH suffered from terrible heartburn on the shakes, he found it manageable sticking only to Vanilla and adding a bit of coffee to his to keep the caffeen withdrawls at bay!
Our pharmist said it was common enough.
Keep trying and see what works best for you!
