HI FOUND out the problem with my swimming ive got back problems and ive been learning to swim shouldnt have been doing breast stroke so will have to find a new way to exercise went to next today and a size 12 top fitted me perfect great b day present havnt been in a size 12 for years debbie x

Well done on getting into a size 12 hun, but no way does swimming cause the tango effect. Only something you eat that is high in fat can do that.
