OK Tina it goes like this. Avoid any food that has more than 5 grams of fat per 100 grams of product. This is total fat, not just sat fat. Then on top of that don't eat any more than 15 grams of fat during any meal, making a total of 45 grams of fat per day as your upper limit, any less fat than this is fine, in fact the lower the better.
