Rooibosch/Red Bush tea

Hi all,
I have bought some 'Eleven O'Clock Organic Caffeine free Rooibosch tea'.

Is this unlimited to drink on the CD?
I'm doing SS with the skimmed milk allowance so can I have it with milk too?
Never tried it before and not sure how's best to drink it.

Also is it as good for you as green tea (which i cant stand so wanted to try something else!)

I drink rooibos all the time - I have mine black as I dont have a milk allowance - its nice either black or with milk - try both
as far as I know all leaf teas are unlimited -
being caffeine free its a great way to get in the water
