Hi Melanie, welcome to WeMitts. The thing I like best about this part of the forum is that its title tells you that the members have all been there, done that, got the tee-shirt. Usually quite a few times before (for me I've been on over 15 "proper" diets and countless half-hearted, 2-day wonder type ones). So you know that you are talking to people who aren't always great at this and who have often tended to yo-yo and fall off the waggon and be far from perfect. This makes me feel so much better when I come on here and admit that things didn't go according to plan, or I've put on, or I like chocolate, or I ate the whole pizza instead of the half I planned or just that I'm not sure I care anymore. And I know they'll all listen, understand, advise if they can and not judge. So good luck and keep reading and posting. x
