Combating the shakes after exercise

I ha my brekkie then 2/3 hrs later went to gym.

When I got home I felt so weak and couldn't stop shaking.
So I made lunch (never made a ham sarnie so quick!!)

But what do you guys eat before you go exercising and how long before exercising do you eat?

I was thinking would glucose tablets help with shakes, but how would they affect me what with taking xenical too, would i get tangoed!!:D
 
Have you made sure you`re hydrated enough too? x
 
if you can, try something liek lucozade light or the still orange flavour after the gym... or you can sip it towards the end of the workout. that may help a bit with the shakes. it could be that you are pushing yourself too hard, or that you arent hydrated enough.

normally tho..i leave 2 hours to 2.5 hours after a meal, and have a small banana, 1 hr to 45 mins before my work out to give me some natural energy.
