I've made target!

Just thought I'd pop in as a bit of motivation to anyone just starting, or even stuck midway. Last week I made target! OK, so its not as big a deal as some of the losses I've read on these forums, but it was a big deal to me and has made a big difference to how I feel about myself.

It wasn't the fastest loss around either. 1st 5lb since January 1st. But it meant I've made real changes to my eating habits that I think I can maintain. This diet has made real sense to me since day one. There's no special days, points, etc its just real simple rules that you can use for everything day to day and its really worked for me so I hope others of you starting out find the same.

Here's to maintaining! argh! lol

Well done and thanks for the inspiration!! I am plannig on joining this week, but have waaaaaaaay loads to lose, so am in this for the long haul!!
