I cant stick to my points for some reason I always get to the evening and then blow it and say I will start tomorrow. I really dont know why I cant seem to do it. Is it possible that i am overdoing it with trying to be healthy and therefore I have an all or nothing mindset? All my friends are skinny and they never eat pasta or bread and they say you shouldnt have carbs after 5 pm and all that and perhaps this is making it more difficult for me...
