The more water you drink, the better the loss?
 
I definatley think it is the key to the diet.
 
Aahhh - i dont drink enough!
Task of the next week to drink more then!
I sometimes only manage to 2.5 litres they recommend!

i drink more than recommended and when i was on CD before it definately helped me lose every week im sure good luck all of you xx :)
 
I am really going to struggle with water as I am RUBBISH!! at drinking :/

I forced some down last week and lost 1lb, Am wondering if it`s cos I had more to drink :)

Well, there's no proof that drinking more gives a bigger fat loss. But yeah, if you have water retention, a bit of extra water might help that for those days.
 
Thanks everyone just remembered last time that the weeks I was slack on drinking the loses were less
