M & S Feel fuller longer

For those of you who, like me, don't enjoy cooking or not sure how you can make low fat food tasty, I have found this range to be a godsend.

So far I've tried the meatballs, thai green curry and cod mornay. All are really delicious, you don't feel like you're missing out at all. They're within the 5g fat per 100g and around 400 calories. The portions are good and I've found that they really do keep me feeling full in the evening.

They're a little pricey but as I'm no longer buying bacon rolls, crisps and chocolate it doesn't make much difference to my daily spend. :D

Thanks for the tip :) I'll look out for those next time I'm near an M&S.
I know their food is a bit pricey, but sometimes it's worth it when you feel like you're having a treat. And if it really does make you feel fuller for longer, then it's worth paying for!

Sounds yummy!! Wish I could eat them :(

I've had some of them too, and they're lovely. In fact I've got 2 in the fridge for this week :D I've got the chicken and butternut squash risotto and the steak and mushroom pie with luxury mash :)

I've been using the M&S 'Count on us' range which is really tasty too. I find it more satisfying than the weight watcher meals. I will try the fuller longer range as well now that I've heard how good it is.

Ahh Ali, They sound lush!!

 I want some!!! /whinge
