Items missing from bumper pack

I've been lurking for a while, I just wondering if anyone has had this happen.

My second order for the bumper box arrived yesterday, just counted all the items and 7 x vegetable soups are missing. I've emailed Exante so hopefully they will send them on. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

No never had a problem. They are usually quite good about problems so expect you should get it sorted quickly.

Thanks for that Gina. I've had an email back with apologies and that they are sending them out today, so can't say fairer than that !
