what are the bad affects of liprotrim?

:wave_cry: I have already done 3 weeks of liprotrim and nearly lost two stone. I have had a weeks break only put on a couple of pound, but I am unsure about whether to go back onto it. I am happy with the weight loss but am a bit worried to how I am feeling becuase at the moment I am constantly tired and worried that my iron levels are low(this is very good for me as I have 3 children.) Does anyone actually no if there are any bad effetcs and if there are please tell me.

I dont think lipotrim can cause symptoms but if you have underlying problems they can exacerbate them....I would check with where you get your lipotrim from and ask there advice.....!

i agre with sonkie.
lipotrim won't have caused you to be iron deficient.
If you really think you are then ask to be checked.
However if youhave 3 young kids there are plenty of other reasons to be tired rather than jiust anaemia

go to your nearest chemist and they will help you with it.. weekly thing buying from them as they need to keep an eye on you

princess, as far as i know abt LT, your 3 sachets a day have all the nutrients you need for the day so it shudnt be affecting ur iron levels. i have been anaemic for a while now coz ive had this bleeding prob etc... for many many months now but i must say that since being on LT i feel better than i have ever felt. i would definitely take this up with your pharmacist, if need be go and see the doctor, there can be many reasons for why you feel like this. also losing almost 2 stones in 3 weeks is amazing.... it could be the reason you feel like this...
the side effect i know of is hair loss... but again, i was suffering very bad hair loss 3 months ago and i thought i was gonna go bald... but since starting LT i have not had any hair loss and coz of that i believe that LT is giving me all the things i was previously lacking in my diet. dont think it has much Vitamin K tho... (i think thats the one that prevents bruising!) coz i have massive bruises from god knows where!

The biggest problem I had, was spending a fortune having to buy whole new wardrobes of clothes for me and my wife having lost so much weight!!! Lol
