The goals on your signatures with the ticks etc next to them?

You might not have enough space yet in your signature to do that.
When you first join, you only get a certain amount of signature space - when you've posted a bit more, you'll get more space.
After that, just type in your goals, and away you go. If you're not sure how to do a tick, perhaps copy and paste one from someone else's signature?
I'm not sure about the fancy stuff though...
