Got to go it alone this week after all..

Evening everyone, i was suppost to be going to a class tonight and i was really looking forward to it however my OH hurt himself painting the hallway and decided he needed to go to the walkin clinic at 6 and didnt get back in time for me to go
:-(. I am disapointed but obviously his health comes first.

I will post my plan of action for tomorrow in the food diary section, if any one wants to look and give me any hints and tips?

unfortunatly my partner works a hour away so he never gets home before 7.30pm..wed is his only day off! x
