UNLEASHING THE BEAST!
Day 1 04/05/2010 EXTRA EASY- Ate LOADS. Feel slightly guilty at eating so much, my dieting and food radar are somewhat off kilter after so many attempts at getting to a normal weight.
B - Crunch Bran, milk (HEA & B)
S - Pawpaw, apple, grapes, can juice (2)
L - Spinach, potato, onion, tomato (currired) with a block of frozen coley.
D - Pork rib steak (5.5), loads of veggies to fill rest of plate, gravy (2.5)
S - More grapes (ate about half a punnet yesterday) and half a melon.
Total 10/10 syns.
Again feeling a bit guilty about sheer volumes of food consumed but have been assured its all natural etc.
